Registration is very limited and opens on Tuesday, February 17.
We will offer camp to current SMEP students for four weeks this summer.
Tuesday, February 17 at 9 a.m.: Blue Birds, Blue Bunnies, Bumblebees, White Lambs and Periwinkle Puppies
Wednesday, February 18 at 10 a.m.: Fuchsia Flamingos, Red Birds, Yellow Ducks, Goldfish, Gray Dolphins, Pink Kangaroos
Thursday, February 19 at 9 a.m.: Fours and Pre-K. We anticipate that the Pre-K camp classes may be a hybrid of these age groups.
Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. We will place as many students as possible but space is limited.
*Spaces tend to fill up within the first few minutes after registration.*
In the event the weeks are full, you will automatically go on our wait list. If there are cancellations, we will go in order of our time stamped list.
Camp tuition must be pre-paid at $500 per week. We will send a confirmation with payment link to confirm your child’s placement and payment will be due
within 48 hours.
March 31st is the last day to receive a full refund ($475, less a $25 administrative fee.) Refunds will be applied to 2026-2027 tuition for returning students. After March 31st, all weeks are non-refundable.
If you have any technical questions, please email Jennifer Jaeger. If you have any financial questions, please email Michael Hoang.
The logistics of summer camp are very similar to the school year, but please take a moment to review our Summer Camp policies so that you have a smooth camp experience.
*
Carpool:
- Carpool is offered from 8:00am-8:30am and 2:00pm-2:30pm.
- Our back parking lot gates will be locked at 8:45am. Late arrivals will need to park across Riverway and walk to the main entrance of the preschool for drop-off.
- The fee for late pickup is $45.00 per child.
- Please keep your child’s current carpool tag and display it on the passenger side visor.
- Please keep your child’s backpack tag ON. We will give your child a new tag with their summer camp tag on the first day of camp.
- Do not use cell phones in carpool line.
*
Snack and Lunch:
- Please send your child with a peanut-free snack and water bottle each day.
- You may send your child a peanut-free lunch from home or order hot lunch from Simply Fresh Kitchen.
- The June menu will be available in May and the July menu will be available on June 15th. For the summer, we will be using the ST. MARTIN EPISCOPAL (SUMMER CAMP) location.
*
Potty Training:
- All children must wear undergarments to school. SMEP is not able to accommodate potty-training methods in which underwear are not worn.
- Potty trained means that a child can go two hours without an accident. Children in underwear who are having multiple accidents in a day will be asked to switch back to diapers until they are able to successfully make it two hours without an accident.
- If you plan to potty-train your child this summer, we urge you to consider doing it when you are able to spend adequate time at home mastering this important skill.
*
Mosquito Spray and Sunscreen:
- We have commercial mosquito misters on our playground, but mosquitoes are often a problem during the summer months. Please apply mosquito spray each day before camp.
- If you would like your child to wear sunscreen each day, please apply it at home each morning.
*
What to Wear and Bring
- Please send your child in closed toe shoes (no flip flops or Crocs.)
- Water bottle
- A light blanket
- Comfort toys – loveys, blankets (to be used at nap time)
- Crib sheet (for school-provided nap mat)
- Extra change of clothes
- Diapers and pull-ups (if applicable)
