The Selection Process

We give priority to members of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in good standing.

A member is considered to be in good standing if they have been a member for at least one year, attend church on a regularly, and participate in stewardship.

When will parents be notified if they are selected to participate in a program?

Parents will receive notification by email in mid-March. The reservation fee, which is 10% of total tuition, must be paid in late March to secure your child’s spot. If you do not receive any communication, please email.

Are students selected based on a first-come, first-serve process?

All eligible applications submitted by the application deadline will be considered for the coming school year. We do not timestamp applications.

Priority will be given to returning families and St. Martin’s Episcopal Church members.

What if my child is not selected for the initial admissions process?
